Since a true Blumlein array requires a matching pair of omnidirectional microphones, and very often the choice is a pair of classic ribbon mics like the Coles 4038 or RCA 44, some of the heaviest mics in existence, it isn’t used as often as it could be.  To configure the array you first need two stands that can support them and be positioned correctly without tipping over, or just taking up tons of floor space.

Our specially designed attachment is the solution for this challenging setup.  And it is flexible and strong enough to accommodate any microphones you care to use.  We are quite excited to be rolling out this product in the very near future.
